• Transaction Failure and Cancellation: We hold no liability for transactions that are declined, blocked due to risk assessments, or failed due to network errors by PayU or your issuing bank. In case of payment debits on failed orders, refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policies and gateway settlement cycles.
